Recovery Through a Surrender to God's Will

We are privileged this week to welcome Fr. Richard Jakubik a priest of the Archdiocese of Chicago and clinical psychologist.

Fr. Richard is highly skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based treatments. He has worked with adult and adolescent clients struggling with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and adjustment problems. Dr. Richard is experienced in treating a wide array of issues, including depression/anxiety, grief/loss, eating disorders, PTSD, and relationship/family concerns while facilitating self-empowerment and holistic transformation.

Fr. Richard serves as an adjunct spiritual director for the Canons Regular and recently gave a presentation on addictions and surrender to God’s will for our community day of recollection which was very well received.
